Team Fire Safe Living of the North Holland North Safety Region faces a number of great challenges. But, how can you exchange ideas about this in these times? Without getting bogged down in yet another boring Zoom or Teams meeting? Today we succeeded with a digital Lego® Serious Play Session® organized by FireWare!
The participants were sent a surprise package in advance, containing everything they need for an interactive, dynamic 3-hour session. By being active and practical, by listening to each other with sincere attention and really wanting to find answers to a number of crucial questions, time flew by. And more importantly, very valuable information has been retrieved!
Lego® Serious Play® is an extremely powerful method for brainstorming and concept development, which can also be used digitally. From the FireWare studio, specially designed for this purpose, the sessions are supervised by a certified facilitator. Participants will receive all necessary materials at home in advance, including a specially assembled LEGO® package. In an active session, we then work together to find answers. These answers are found by building models and sharing the stories behind them.
