The masterclass will feature Hans van Essen as he takes you on a journey through the world of flashovers and backdrafts, and you will perform exercises involving smoke, power, temperature, flames and door procedures. At the conclusion of the course you will know everything you need to know about simulating fire behaviour on a small scale!

Instructor Hans van Essen works for the Utrecht Safety Region and played a major role in the development of the Mini Flashover Trainer. That’s makes him uniquely capable of demonstrating the course and build-up of backdrafts and flashovers!
