Do you have a faulty piece of equipment? FireWare\u2019s technical services department would gladly assist you! Please fill in the\u00a0return form<\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0to register your repair, print and send the document along with your equipment. The technical services department will confirm receipt as soon as it arrives at FireWare.<\/p>\r\n

You can use the return form to indicate the maximum costs you wish to incur. It goes without saying no charges will be applicable if the equipment is still under warranty.<\/p>\r\n

MAINTENANCE<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\r\n

Would you like FireWare to service your equipment? You can use the return form for this purpose too. Please contact us to discuss a maintenance contract.<\/p>\r\n
