How do you simulate a fire without actual flames? And ensure that all your trainees have the same perception of the size of the flames? For this, you can use a Silkflame. A silkflame is one of the oldest methods of flame simulation that exists. In fact, its origin dates back to a time before we even had electricity. It is originally a special effect from the theater industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Silkflames are excellent to use as training tools in the emergency response sector. However, there are certainly different requirements for a product in the theater compared to a firefighting exercise. Over the past 20 years, FireWare has evolved the traditional silkflame from the theater into an ideal training tool for the emergency response industry!<\/p>\n

Of course, practicing with real fire is preferable. But that’s not always possible. Consider exercises in a school, hospital, or factory in your own environment.
