Lisa and Vincent from FireWare attended a training course for using the mini-flashover trainer last Monday.
Hans van Essen (Baarn Fire Service) is this unique training device’s spiritual father. He took the entire morning to explain all the very latest tips and tricks. Very educational!
The knowledge acquired by Lisa and Vincent means they are now in an even better position to demonstrate the flashover trainer to instructors.
The mini-flashover trainer is intended to simulate a small backdraft and flashover. This therefore allows for training with smoke, flow, temperature and flames.
