Effectively train students to extinguish fires without the need for a fire, water, foam or powder

Use the Apollo LED Training Fire Extinguisher Push Button 6 L to teach students proper techniques for extinguishing fires. Because the extinguishing spray is simulated using LED lighting, you can practice in places where it would normally be impossible or difficult to do so or where water, foam or powder cannot be used. The training fire extinguisher weighs the same as a real fire extinguisher, which means that students handle it the same way they would handle an actual extinguisher.

LED Practice Foam Extinguisher Push Button

The instructor simply activates the Apollo LED Training Fire Extinguisher Push Button by pushing a button located on the top. The practice extinguisher works exactly like a standard button-operated extinguisher and can now be handed over to the student.

Before the student can activate it, the safety pin must be removed from the extinguisher, after which the squeeze handle can be operated as soon as the button is depressed. When the handle is squeezed the extinguisher replicates the sound of a real extinguisher spraying. A powerful blue LED light is also emitted from the nozzle, allowing the instructor to teach the student how to focus the extinguishing agent. A further dimension can be added to the exercise using the Phoenix Silkflame or Seat-of-Fire training set.

The Apollo LED Training Fire Extinguisher Push Button has a virtual tank that gradually empties while it is in use. The tank level is shown using 4 LED lights. The fire extinguisher can operate for about half a minute on a full tank, and when it is almost empty the practice extinguisher replicates the sound of a sputtering extinguisher. The Apollo LED is battery-operated and can be recharged using the supplied micro-USB cable.

There are times when a real fire cannot be used in an exercise area, such as in a school building or museum.
