Within FireWare, Lego Serious Play, or LSP, is very common. We use the method, for example, to get to know each other better and to find solutions together. But we also like to use Lego Serious Play with external parties, because it works! For example, on March 26, we were allowed to supervise a fun session for KWK Housing Directors.

Lego Serious Play is an incredibly fun method for brainstorming, team building, strategy development, conflict management, process optimization and much more. And not only the participants enjoy talking about various developments in this way. Our own facilitator also works enthusiastically towards new and surprising insights every session!

We were guests at the Central and West Brabant Security Region to discuss future-proof property management in the security domain with participants from various security regions. The great diversity of participants from a large number of different safety regions made for an interesting afternoon that tastes like more!
Sustainable relationship
We regularly work with KWK within FireWare. We have previously worked on the development of training centres, among other things. A big compliment for Jeroen van Kessel, Bas Kohlmann, Miranda van 't Zelfde, Patrick IJtsma and Renate Weber is also in order now. It was very nice to be able to contribute to this well-organized networking event!
