During the Interschutz 2015, a digital presentation solution could be found on the FireWare stand: Tango Safety. This product, a collaboration of LegaMaster, Mars New Creations and FireWare, was developed to allow emergency response teams to create digital (training) scenarios by means of a touchscreen, but also to involve digital tabletop exercises and case studies in a teaching program.
Over the years, FireWare has developed a library, that consists of more than 2,500 different images and animations for the emergency services industry. The Safety Library was linked to the Tango Multitouch software from Mars New Creations for the Tango Safety project. The whole thing would run on the interactive boards of LegaMaster.
Unfortunately, after the fair, it turned out that the insights between the parties involved in the field of product development, distribution model and pricing were so far apart that it was decided to pull the plug and close the project.
Free alternative: the FireWare Safety Library
It is of the utmost importance for FireWare to remain true to its core values. A suitable solution has now been found for all FireWare relations who were hindered by the discontinuation of this project.
