Add-on Gas Cylinder – metal

Safely simulate a gas fire for training

The Add-on Gas Cylinder is an active attachment for the FireWare Vesta. Using the included gas hose, connect the metal gas cylinder to the FireWare Vesta's extra gas outlet. Then open the gas valve on the attachment and position the outflow opening toward the Vesta. First ignite the Vesta with the remote control and then let the gas flow to the gas cylinder with the second button. The add-on will now ignite by using the flames from the Vesta. If you hold down the second button for about 8 seconds, the gas supply to the Vesta itself will close and an even more powerful flame will come out of the Add-on Gas Cylinder. This simulates an impressive flaring gas cylinder.

By properly cooling with a jet of water, the trainee can turn off the gas valve (be sure to wear firefighter's gloves!). When fully closed, the gas supply is shut off and the fire drill is successful!
