Blue Monday is known for being the most depressing day of the year. The Holidays have passed, the first new year’s resolutions are falling apart and the weather isn’t all too well either. Did you know that the British Psychologist Cliff Arnall even created a formula for this day?
What do all those letters mean according to Arnall?
W stands for the weather, D is for debt and d for salary. The T indicates how long ago Christmas was and the Q stands for how long you are capable of upholding new year’s resolutions. M is for motivation levels and Na for the urge to take action.
This formula isn’t without its flaws… A few units with the variables would have been helpful… Wikipedia has some great articles about it!
Anyway: today at FireWare we don’t have any reason to be upset! Because since this year we have two wonderful new team members! Full of positive energy!
Welcome Virgil and Melvin!
The team at FireWare is yet again ready this year to create amazing, realistic and safe training environments. Happy Blue Monday!
