From our Welsh partner Ruth Lee we received a link to an impressive report of a fatal accident in a confined space with multiple casualties on the ship “Sally Ann C”.
This report is particularly useful as a case study and as teaching material. The report can also provide inspiration for various realistic scenarios with regard to accidents in a confined space.
