Smoke machines are an important aid in the professional development and retention of care workers. Not only for the fire scenarios, but also for IGBS, for example. But above all, a smoke machine is a tool. And tools must be maintained and can also malfunction.
In order to carry out repairs and maintenance as efficiently as possible, Jeroen and Mike from the Haaglanden Safety Region were trained by the FireWare technical team. The region can now carry out repairs and maintenance by itself. This saves mutual logistical costs, annoyance and machine downtime. And the necessary parts? They simply will be sent when needed. If necessary, the FireWare engineers are available for backup. That is nice, accessible and super-efficient.
During the training, a lot of work was done on all smoke machines from the FireWare range. That is why the Nimbo, Cumulus, Stratus and the Cirrus Battery Operated Smoke Machine no longer hold any secrets for the men.
