“Can you come up with a solution that allows us to better store, transport and charge our VR glasses?” With that question Danny Post of the North Holland North Safety Region turned to FireWare. Of course we like to think along about that, Danny!
Recently, our team has worked hard on the design and implementation of a solution that fully meets the needs of the safety region. Today we were allowed to hand over the unique solution.
Fit and measure
We have taken care of our own FireWare crates and fitted them with a special charging system. This allows four glasses to be stored and charged at the same time. The crates are fitted with custom foam interior. Not only for protection purposes, but is also provides the arrangement of the box. Because the crates have standard transport formats, they can easily be sent to the fire stations within the region.
The VR glasses of the North-Holland North Safety Region are an addition to the fire service’s training program. By using the tools, it is possible to work even better on the professional competence of the region. We hope that Danny and his colleagues will continue to enjoy the new crates.
