Add weight to your dummy

The Weighted Vest is a keel supplied with weights; 10 or 20 kilogram. The vest is simply placed over the head of an adult practice dummy and fastened at the sides. The vest will properly adapt to the form and posture of the dummy.

With the help of this system someone can set out an exercise alone. Fact is that it is not necessary to lift a heavy dummy because the dummy can be weighted with the vest at the scene. At that point the dummy will reach such a weight that two students are required to move it during an exercise.

A weighted vest is also ideal when you want to use a light dummy one time and a heavy dummy another. This way you only need to purchase one dummy.
