Take full control of your scenarios right from your pocket. Your smartphone or tablet acts as a remote control, allowing you to quickly intervene. If the exercise lasts too long, expand the fire effortlessly. If the response is efficient, reduce the fire’s size. Escalation and de-escalation have never been simpler.
At the heart of the Simulation Set Medium is the Pandora’s Box 230, which creates a Wi-Fi network you can connect to by scanning a QR code. A web interface on your phone or tablet allows you to control every element of your simulation. With up to three flame effects, a smoke machine, and sound, this system brings expert-level simulation capabilities to everyone.
The Simulation Set Small is ideal for staging thermal runaway events, such as a burning bicycle battery. The FireSpot MK2 features a dedicated flame effect that mimics the repeated explosions of battery cells. The Pandora’s Box 230 provides accompanying sounds of cells exploding and venting, making it effortless to train in energy transition scenarios.
Beyond thermal runaways, the Simulation Set Medium offers endless opportunities. Your creativity is the limit. With three flame effects—the Phoenix Silkflame, FireSpot MK2, and Mini Silkflame—and the powerful Pandora’s Box 230, you can stage medium-scale dynamic fires, from residential blazes to small industrial fires. Control these effects independently to make the fire grow or shrink as needed.
The Pandora’s Box 230 is the core of the system, orchestrating your entire simulation. It connects up to three flame effects and your smoke machine, and it includes two external speakers for customizable sound placement. Scan the QR code to connect to its Wi-Fi network and access the web interface, which gives you unprecedented control. Switch components on or off during exercises or fine-tune them in real time. You can even integrate an Apollo LED extinguisher (not included) for interactive firefighting scenarios.
A great simulation engages as many senses as possible. It’s not just what you see—it’s what you experience. The Pandora’s Box 230 includes a library of over 30 sounds, from fire crackles to calls for help and ambient tension. You can even play up to six sounds simultaneously for an immersive experience.
The Phoenix Silkflame creates large flame fronts with LED-lit fabric reaching up to 200 cm in height. Even without the fabric, the Phoenix is a powerhouse, with a robust fan designed to move large amounts of smoke upwards. LEDs project large flames onto the rising smoke, simulating a fully developed fire. Ideal for larger fires and even outdoor scenarios in daylight.
The upgraded FireSpot MK2 features eight built-in simulation programs, ensuring the right flame effects for any scenario. Shine its lights into a smoke column, and realistic flames will emerge. Its thermal runaway program simulates battery cell explosions. The dual-color LEDs and special lens system create a lifelike light distribution. It connects directly to the Pandora’s Box 230 via powerCON or operates standalone with the included Schuko adapter.
The Mini Silkflame uses LED-lit silk fabric to simulate flames, making it perfect for small fires or scenarios where smoke isn’t feasible. Combine it with smoke for an even greater effect. When used without fabric, its light illuminates the smoke pushed upward by the fan, creating a natural flame effect. Pairing the Mini Silkflame with a FireSpot enables dynamic fire simulations that can grow or shrink.
The Cumulus smoke generator delivers powerful and versatile smoke production, generating up to 750 m³ of smoke per minute. Perfect for fire drills requiring flexibility and realism, it is adjustable from 0 to 100% via the Pandora’s Box 230. It can also be used vertically to create realistic smoke layers, making it the ideal all-purpose smoke machine.
To complete your setup, the Simulation Set includes a smoke fluid sampler with four varieties: “Fire Drill,” “Universal,” “Intensive,” and “Extreme.” These ensure you always achieve the most fitting smoke effect for your scenario.
