Simulating a flange fire is a valuable training for companies that use flanges. With the Stand-alone Flange Fire, this training situation can be set up very realistically!
With the Stand-alone Flange Fire, you can create challenging exercises involving hazardous substances or fire training courses in no time at all. First, you connect a gas cylinder or FireWare Vesta to the fire extinguisher trainer. You then ignite the Stand-alone Flange Fire manually with an ignition burner. Safety is guaranteed by the mechanical deadman's handle. As long as the instructor squeezes the handle, the fire stays lit. The student cools the flange and turns off the gas. At the same time, the instructor extinguishes the flames by releasing the pinch handle on the hose. The fire is now extinguished and the training is successful!
The Flange Fire is also available as an add-on for the FireWare Vesta. This is an attachment that you connect next to or on top of the Vesta fire extinguisher trainer. Ignition of this add-on takes place via the FireWare Vesta.
The Flange Fire extinguisher trainer is ideal for simulating gas fires, liquid fires, flaring flanges, and leaking valves. Therefore, this fire trainer is an extremely suitable training method for fire brigade exercises and ER. Specifically for companies that use or have to work with flanges. When a flange fire occurs, a high flame is created which needs to be extinguished quickly. This fire can be extinguished with a training fire extinguisher with water, CO2 or foam. During the staging, a real situation is created in which students can practise in a challenging but safe way.
