A multidisciplinary training demands a lot from the staging team. Although all incidents have a certain emphasis, it is important to challenge the other participating disciplines as well. It may even occur that the focus of the incident shifts as it progresses. FireWare pays attention to all parties involved and optimizes the various learning and practice objectives. Therefore, the team ensures that all elements of all simulations are fine-tuned and manageable.
