Because we at FireWare believe in empowering our customers, the smoke machine repair and maintenance course was created.
By now we have had quite a few of them, but this time it was extra special: Feuerwehr Düsseldorf came all the way from Germany to take the FireWare smoke machine course in the head of North Holland, here in Wieringerwerf! How cool we think it is to strengthen our ties in this way!
Why do it yourself?
It’s a win-win situation for everyone. Often the problems with a smoke machine are easy to solve. It takes much more time to prepare a machine for shipment, send it in, have it repaired at FireWare and then get it back, than it does to do the repair yourself on site. In fact, most repairs can be done within 15 minutes to half an hour by the customer after taking this training. This saves considerable time, money and logistical costs. Which makes it not only the efficient choice but also the sustainable choice.
In this way, we reduce logistics on the road and ensure that the threshold to repair a product is much lower, making the need to buy a new product much less. This is another way FireWare works with clients to create sustainable solutions!
