In the Safety Region Zeeland there are 11 new experts in smoke machine repair! On September 21st, they attended the smoke generator repair course at FireWare in Wieringewerf. It was also a significant day for FireWare colleague Clara, who returned from 4 months of maternity leave.
The course covers the basics of repairing smoke machines. Each station in the Safety Region Zeeland has its own smoke machine. The impact of this training is substantial! We previously provided this training to the Safety Region Haaglanden and the Safety Region Midden- en West-Brabant. Clearly, there are fewer repairs reported from these two regions.
Moreover, the FireWare team can now resolve incoming repairs in much less time. We also explain the most efficient way to fill out our RMA form. Everyone left the session highly satisfied and content. This includes the FireWare team!
