"Mental safety guidelines during realistic exercises"
Digital exercise session
During a realistic exercise, a lot of attention is paid to physical safety. It is important that the student can complete his or her training undamaged. But what about mental safety? Which parameters influence this? What do you have to take into account? And how big can the mental impact of a realistic exercise actually be?
During this digital exercise session, trainers Jasper Weijling, Paul Weijling and Sef Hendrickx will take you into the world of realistic staging and mental safety. On the basis of practical examples and the accompanying theory, tools are offered to instructors and to supervisors to guarantee mental safety during a realistic exercise or staging.
This fully interactive training takes place online in FireWare's own digital teaching environment. The trainers work from a studio specially equipped for this training session and the participants can participate from home. Participants are expected to have access to a webcam, microphone and speakers. There is room for a maximum of 16 participants per session of 1.5 hours. This to be able to give everyone the necessary attention. No recordings are made to guarantee a safe learning environment.
