FireWare has installed a HCS, i.e. a heat recovery system. The heat is taken from the 'used' indoor air during the winter period and used to heat up the fresh air. The system works the other way around during the summer months: the cool used indoor air is used to cool the warm and fresh outdoor air. This makes an enormous difference in energy consumption!
