Over the past few months we have worked very hard to maintain our stock. To a large extent, we have succeeded: our warehouse is well stocked again! For the materials we do not (yet) have in stock, we depend on our own suppliers. We don’t really have much influence on these delivery times. But we do have a say in how we as FireWare inform all concerned.
We have invested in some great IT solutions to better predict when we will be able to deliver your order. We will keep you informed if the delivery time is still as expected, or if there are any changes. Worried about your exercise because a delivery time might not be met? Then we will know in time and can think along with you to find a solution: for example, by deploying training equipment from our rental fleet. Fortunately, however, we are increasingly able to deliver faster than expected.
From now on, everyone with one or more backorders will automatically receive a status update every Wednesday. Of course, we call that Wednesday Update Day!
